Good Run. Need some speed work. Stomach was feeling a little upset.

Stomach was a little upset so I was a bit slower than normal.

Bike

Comments:

Did not feel "on" while on the bike. Motored through the twisty single track as best as I could, went into TT mode on the final fire road section.

Ran okay, never felt fast but motored on..

Stood in the river to cool down the legs.

Great low key race, perfect race for a first time off road duathlete with mountain biking background.
