Subject: Just need to maintain Alright this summer is out the window with our new child and a two year old at home. Did an ironman last year and will be doing shorter races for the next year or two. What do you think is the minimum level of training just to maintain what I have now. I am not looking to increase to a heavy training load just want to keep speed and olympic to half iron endurance where it is at now. How many times a week should I swim, bike, and run to do this. Might be a dumb question but lets hear what you got. |
