Got to the race a little late, rushed to set up transition and got to the pool

What would you do differently?:

I needed to seed myself more towards the front of the start and figure out how to turn and get under the lane rope smoothly

What would you do differently?:

The winter bike training program and getting on the bike more often and earlier.

Nice flat run - got to pick off people one by one moving forward.
What would you do differently?:

Build speed during the run. Start off at a brisk pace and keep getting faster. Its just two miles - I should have pushed harder

Course: 8 laps of a 50 meter pool swim. Got a little crowded here and there and I had to almost tread water to get a little space to move forward when I wasn't able to squeeze between people. I felt rushed at times, but was able to calm down and breathe and pull well.
