Got up at 0500hrs then drove to event. ate 1 bagel with Salmon and cream cheese and had 2 cups of coffe.

Swim was better than i thought no nerves got over took twice and over took 1 swimmer

get better rhythm and longer stretch

The bike was hard into wind i was in the big cog for too long and once noticed felt better in the smaller cog position on the bike was bad need better set up.
