Comments: Not much faster than last year but felt a lot stronger out of the water. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 1
Comments: Didn't pull a great time but a good time considering I haven't practice transitions at all this year. What would you do differently?: Practice before the race. Bike
Comments: Wet roads with gusty wind - tough going. However, took 2 minutes off of last year's time. Transition 2
Comments: Cold day and my hands/fingers were numb coming off the bike. Took me a few extra seconds to get the shoes and running belt on. Run
Comments: Feet numb for first part of the run. Did well passing and managing the course. What would you do differently?: Pushed a bit more last 1/2 mile. Post race
Warm down: Tim Horton's coffee!!!! What limited your ability to perform faster: Weather mostly. Calf cramped a bit on the run but it did not limit me. Last updated: 2010-03-23 12:00 AM
