Subject: Stomach ulcers
I believe i have the recurrence of the ulcer problems I've dealt with in the past. I ran the country music half a few weeks ago and have had upper abdominal pain since. Hurts in the upper portion of my stomach, just below my sternum...starts about 3pm and by 11pm I'm in agony. I was severly dehydrated after Country Music; not sure if that's related.
I've had x-rays and a CT scan. I'm currently taking prilosec OTC and antacids, but the pain persists late in the evening and overnight. I'm seeing a Gastro dr this afternoon.
Will continuing to train worsen my problem?

no idea in reality BUT....

..... if there is extra pain after training I think that would answer your question.

Personally I would reduce the intensity of the training session.

But then again .... I am fat, slow and in no way knowledgable in this area!

lol.
