Can't complain about getting that workout in then.  Nice job.

2 miles for me - had to take my tri-bike shoes off since they have the Speedplay Zero metal bottoms, which are not made for walking, and walk in my socks.  Stupid flat.

One of the first times I had a flat on the road I broke the stem on the new tube and didn't have an extra. Ended up walking a mile before a group of cyclists came by with some extra supplies to get me home.

About 6 miles out of the woods after a spectacular mountain bike crash. Tires weren't flat but the concussion and complete shoulder separation kept me off of the bike The longest 6 miles of my life.....

About 300 yards, sliced my tire pretty severely and I don't carry around spare tires.  Had a guy stop and offer me a ride in the first few feet, complimented me on my "cool bike" that was over my shoulder.  I declined since it wasn't that far.  That's my only got a flat walking story and part of the reason I ride with mountain bike shoes.

Somehow ran over a small allen wrench.  Walked/shuffled 5 miles back to the house with the bike on my shoulder (was recovering from a foot injury so I couldn't run).  Now I always carry a spare/patch kit and my cellphone.  Live and learn.

0.  I never leave home without at least one tube/C02 (2 of each if a longer race) and I never ride alone except Central Park laps.  Safety, people!
