Strength Training during IM training

Are you crazy IM training alone is enough.
Yes, weight machines only.
I use resistance bands.
Fitness classes: yoga, bodypump, pilates.
Dumbbell and free weight exercises
P90X or something similar
Body weight exercises: lunges, squats, push ups, pull ups.
A little bit of everything
No but if I had time I would.
If I had time to lift, I would bike more

Subject: Strength Training during IM training
How many of you strength / weight train in addition to IM training. Feel free add an option and explain what you do. 

Also do you strength train for the entire season or slowly back it off as you get moving?
