Breakfast: 2 small PB and honey sandwiches on integral bread, 1 banana, 1 infinit pre-race formula. 2nd Pre Race Infinit 2 hours before start, and 1 gel and water 15mins before start.

Tough to site as not many bouys, and they were small. Water was pretty calm though and was able to draft the whole way.

Legs were cramping a bit on the bike... mostly the hamstrings so strecthed a bit on the bike when I could. Strange because felt to be a very comfortable pace. Knees gave me no problems.

Felt strong for the entire run. Achilles hurt a bit on second lap, so held back a bit... but looking back probably should have pushed the pace a bit more.
