Pre-race routine:

Got up at 5:45, breakfast coffee and PB&J Bagel in car on the way to race.
Traffic was really bad so I went to the North Parking lot, about 1 3/4 from the start. It was raining heavy. Walked / ran to start

transition area was soaked and muddy, had to wipe my feet a bit and had a small issue putting my helmet on

The course was wet, I still managed a PR for this course. Avr speed was very good 20.5 mph
Two close calls, once a guy went to pass me on the right
and then one guy crashed in front of me and I just managed to avoid him as I had someone come up behind me fast and I could not cut in front of him

Nice Job!

I had an issue with getting passed on the right, also. That's new to me at Columbia, I was a bit shocked when it happened.
