Anyone see the interview with Carmichael? Said Lance's HR went up to 191 two minues in then averaged 184 for the TT. So that's his LT????
Also showed a printout from a workout, said the key was to get the HR up immediately to the LT and keep it there. HR shot straight up and then leveled forever.....
I haven't read what Lance's LT is but the "optimal" LT for any athlete is when LT = Max HR so the closer you get your LT to your Max HR the better (obviously).
