Anyone interested in meeting up at the race?  I won't know anyone there and it's always more fun when you see others out on the course who can can say hi to.

I will be there...cheering this time.  Purple cast on left foot, blue sling for right arm, and a crazy dark bluish purple bruise all down my right leg to tie it all together.  (Had a little bike crash, but hoping to make it to the Peak)

Too bad it's not your right foot... we'd use a sharpie and write your age on the back of it ;-

Sorry for injury, hopefully you'll be all healed for Peak.

Ouch..I'll keep my eye out for the purple cast!!

Last time I did this (or any) race was 2007. I'm really looking forward to this Sunday.
The 10 day outlook on Weather.com is showing 90 and sunny.

Should make for a good race in the morning.  Lows in the mid 50s the night before, so it should make for a nice temperature during the race.  Don't want it too cold coming out of the water, but don't want it so hot that it sucks our energy out during the bike.

I just noticed that we are required to go to Boulder Res for the pre-race meeting on Saturday.  I guess I'll just take my bike and ride the course once or twice while I'm there.

I might be up for a lap on the long course route.  Let me know what time you were thinking about and I'll see if it works with the Sat. schedule.

I'll be going to my normal Saturday morning group run in Denver, followed by brunch.  Typically I'm done there around 11:30-12:00.  I was then planning on heading up to Boulder Res right after (bike and gear in the car already), so I figured I'd get up there around 12:30-12:45, get my bib number, attend the pre-race meeting at 1pm and then go out for a ride on the course.

I don't think I'm up for a lap on the long course, but I was thinking I'd ride the sprint course twice at a moderate (16-17mph) pace.  There's more than enough time to ride the long course route between now and August that I'm not too worried about it.  I could however be tempted into doing the sprint course, followed by the oly course.

I'm in wave 4, Bib #562.  I'll be wearing a Bikesource tri top and Orca shorts, both in my HS colors of black/orange/white, in case you want to say 'hi' while passing me on the bike or run

T1 is always uncluttered for me, no matter when I start   Sometimes that's bad tho, like when I arrived to find my bike knocked over at the Peak and the drink in my aerobottle spilled all over the ground.

Best of luck to everyone racing this weekend!!!
