OK, I may have to not look at the other posts on this threads until after my HIM in July.  I'm both impressed and a little daunted at the volume people are putting in.  Weak May for me running due to an achilles injury.  Hopefully will ramp back up in June:

Bike:12h 35m 22s  - 242.34 Mi
Run:3h 36m 57s  - 24.1 Mi

My bike miles are already at about 75% of my total mileage from last year, run is on pace and swim is about 55%, so I am working on weaker disciplines.

Run: 16m 22s - 2 Mi
Swim: 5h 39m 02s - 17249 M

Bike and swim were decent this month, I would have liked a little more of each but it is what it is.  Run has been on hold with an injury, I should be able to start ramping back up this month, hopefully weekly PT sessions will help with the leg pain I've been experiencing.

Kind of a weak month, especially running wise. I had a big race on 5/8 so I was tapering up to that, then a week recovery, then a charity bike ride 2 weeks after and I am just now getting back into the swing of things. Overall though this is the most consistent I have ever been when looking back from January. I basically considered the last month a transition phase and now will be starting to follow the Level 7 HIM plan in Matt Fitzgerald's book as I build to my A race.

May totals are decent for me but I felt good about the May total on the other important part of participating in Triathlon - race volunteering. And it is actually a sport listed on BT so you can log it.

Bike:

9h 39m 01s  - 142.16 Mi
Run:12h 51m 28s  - 65.83 Mi
Swim:5h 05m 40s  - 10950 Yd
Hiking:4h 02m
Race Volunteering:5h 30m

Run:11h 59m 39s  - 100.4 Mi
Swim:3h 12m  - 9600 Yd

I'm hoping to up the biking mileage a bit, its been off with the weather and I recently got a new job.  I'm working on the swimming and its coming along well... but slowly.  I'm fully expecting June to be relatively low volume because we'll be moving and I'll be in a new place....  Hopefully I'll be able to get some nice long rides in on those country roads though!  Plus the new job will allow for some extra cash for new tri toys!
