HFP Racing
Total Time = 5h 25m
Overall Rank = 54/397
Age Group = M40-49
Age Group Rank = 8/61
Pre-race routine:

Triple T is 4 races in 3 days: Friday night sprint, 2 Olympics on Saturday, concluding with a half ironman Sunday. I was 7/61 in the solo M40-49 Master division. With all the different divisions and teams (where drafting is allowed) etc., its hard to figure out overall placing for the total of 4 events. Just taking raw time, I think I was about 48/333 overall but its hard to know how many of the top 50 were part of teams. Total elapsed time was 10:47:04. I'm normally a 4:35 half ironman racer, so my finish time of 5:25 here tells you how difficult this race and the weekend was.

Great to see fellow BT'ers jazz82482 (Alaina), yeats (Ryan) (congrats on the team win!!), and rkreuser (Rick) there. You really build a lot of comraderie with fellow racers during the 3 days. Highly recommend this challenging race...I'll be back next year to try to win the solo Grand Masters (50+) division.

Great, great times all weekend. I can't believe you've already signed up for a lodge for next year, you're a beast! It was fun chasing after you on those trails -- too bad you're half mountain lion and I couldn't catch ya'.
