What would you do differently?:

nothing... if it was a longer race I'd have paced myself more.

Warm down:

just walked back to meet friends and family and walked/jogged w/ them to finish
stretched... then had beer and pizza!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nothing

Event comments:

This is a lot of fun. The way it was set up this year (as far as 21 + for controlling beer consumption, etc.)not great if you come w/ your family.. had to be separated from them to have a beer. was more like a collage party... which isn't a bad thing, just not family conducive.
