203.7 this morning, still very pleased... had a recovery week after racing the Maitland triathlon 1k/30k/8k 2hr 1min and did not so much exercise....
big push here before next weeks taper before my first olympic!

Been a long time since I posted. I was just able to get back on today due to a life of RL issues. I am down to 255 as of yesterday. Last weigh in a couple months ago was 273.

Looking forward to Nov 1st weigh in.. I was 141.xx most of last week but did indulge in some halloween candy tonight (I'm posting this late sunday night).

I have the next 3 weeks off work and plan to get back into some consistent training and healthy eating.  Would like to drop at least 5 lbs before I go back to work.

Weighed in at 210 lbs this morning, down a couple of pounds from last week.  Hoping to keep seeing the scale move in the same direction.

141.8 this morning.   When I first posted to this thread back in June I was 147 so I've only dropped 5 lbs in 4 1/2 months (instead of the 20lb in 3 month goal I had originally set for myself).  My goal for Nov. is to be down to 137 by the end of the month.

I was at 211 this morning. Was hoping to be sub 210 by Nov. 1 but got lazy with the diet a bit at the end. Need a solid month in November to push towards that magical NON- Clydesdale weight of sub 200

Back up to 143 this morning.  Had the grandchildren most of last week which limits my ability to do any training and it included  a birthday party on Saturday with lots of food and cake.
I did get a short run done today and have the next two weeks off work to focus on myself and my eating/exercising.
