Subject: Arm or Waist holder for Droid
My 1st gen Garmin 201 is having considerably more issues this year with maintaining a good signal. I have a Droid phone that I have been using on my bike rides along with my Garmin unit on my bike. Riding is easy as I just slip it in a small ziploc and put in in my rear pocket on my jersey. Running, I'm coming up with more difficulty. I don't want to carry it in my hand so am looking for options that would either go around my arm or around my waist. Any good suggestions?
Thanks.

Don't know if this will help you - but I tuck it in between my sports bras (I wear two for runs). Otherwise, the Belkin arm band is pretty good, but will cause chafing on longer (90+ minute) runs for me.

This works really well - you can also use it as a race belt (with the optional race # things they sell). I like mine a lot - you don't feel it at all when it's on, even when you have stuff in it. Very nice. They have an armband version also.

Agreed.  I've been enjoying mine.  I hated the arm band thing

I also use the spibelt and love it. For my mytouch phone I got an accessory package that included the arm band, spibelt and a water bottle. Not sure if the droid would have a similar thing. I use the arm band on the bike sometimes but mostly use the spibelt.

I have been putting my Droid in my Amphipod pack.  It has worked well so far.

I wasn't able to find any Droid specific ones so I just went to Target and picked up an iPhone arm band holder. Works great. However, I was having a bunch of problems with the GPS not finding my phone using RunStar so I DLed a few new running apps in hopes that they'll work better.
