Felt long and I was SLOW!!! Felt smooth and comfortable but again felt like I was in the water forever. Stairs up to transition no fun.

rough road, climbs ok. The humidity got to me. Hail hit in mile 16-18 so instead of pumping through I did coasting down the hill because the hail hurt.

Was humid at mile four had difficulty felt a major bonk comming on. Hit an aid station and trie HEED, its aweful and i threw it up. After the vomit I walked about 500 yards to gather myself and trucked through the rest of race

I will never drink HEED again
