Yeah, it's terrible with our two recent national championships to your one.

FWIW NU received an invitation today to join the Big 10 (all according to FSN) so they will immediatley become a 12 school conference. When/if this happens the 5 B12 south schools -Baylor plus CO will pack up for the Pac 10. Now Missouri will be left with their skirt up and their knickers down and no conference to love them. I find that funny since they started this mess. Oh yeah, I'm a B12 fan.

Florida fan i'm guessing then.  I've enjoyed the Florida vs. Alabama rivalry that has existed since the division and championship game.  It's definitely been good for the SEC.  I definitely have no ill will towards Florida.  My trip down to the game in Gainsville in 1999 was a good trip, and enjoyed meeting the Florida Fans.  All were very gracious and seemed to be good fans.

Hopefully we will be working on another this year...but a season of tough football to play and survive thru the SEC.

Believe it or not, academics will have a lot to do with this, and the SEC (outside of Florida) isn't exactly known for their academics.

You should also remember when we lost to UAB while he was our coach.

Now I understand.  LSU, so no love lost for Saban.

Had a great trip down to Baton Rouge 2 seasons ago.  Met many great people and tailgated with some good LSU folks.  A good friend of mine lives in Baton Rouge.  Redeemed my feeling for the town.

My prior experience wasn't so good...and from what I remember, Saban was the coach at LSU.  2002 I think.  Interesting how that works...

VERY possible.  There are some holes to fill.

Luckily, we get Penn State, Florida and Auburn at home.  Unfortunatly, we have to travel for LSU and Tennessee.

Well, as a graduate of Vandy and Florida, I'm not sure I'd limit the "good schools" argument to Florida.  Just sayin...

Hello

Clemson 81 here.   No real whispers of the Tigers making the move but I would like it.

I enjoyed watching Clemson play UGA when I was in school.   Dumping Duke, Wake Forest, Virgina & Maryland.  then picking up Florida, UGA, UT and the rest would make football season even more fun.  Well unless we get our handed to us every week.

None of those schools (Georgia Tech, FSU, Clemson) are good enough to hang with the SEC.

Besides, the Gators have an easy enough time beating FSU every year regardless of conference.  Tongue out

I guess you could say I'm biased.....Go Gators!!!!!
