Ordered the 32G. That sucks. Did they give you any explanation? No, they have no idea why it happened. I don't care that much, I know I'll get one eventually, but if I'm not getting it this week I'd like the hold taken off my account/refund the money. I suspect if I don't get the phone on Thursday that I'll be getting a credit to my account as well. Poor service made even worse by no explaination. |

I know during the messed up pre-ordering with system crashes and such, some people actually submitted multiple orders without intending to (either repeatedly clicking submit or because it looked like it failed to go through so the user submitted again, even though the original did go through). So ATT was canceling what looked like mistaken multiple orders. No idea if this is the case for you, but it might be. So you may get one on time afterall...or maybe not... I ordered on the 15th (and got an email saying it expected to ship by the 24th), but am still in "processing" in the order status. It hasn't updated since the 17th though. |

Just a side note, if you are not sure if you are eligible for a discounted upgrade - go to yoour phone's keypad and type: *639# --->then hit "call" You will receive a text with the answer. "*639#" is also *new# --- you can also get your current data usage info by typing: *data# and hitting the call button. I recently had my iPhone replaced from a battery/hardware issue and will sell it on eBay for most likely more than the new 16gb costs. Not a big fan of AT&T but the phone is awesome. Love it. Brian |

It will be my first smartphone, so I guess I'll finally find out what all the hype is about. Just doing our part to support the company that has done so much for us-- I still have a small chunk of Apple stock we bought at $9 a share. I wish I could say I was just as smart making other investments over the years. |

Well there are reports of some issues -- yellow splotches on the display for some folks, which may or may not just be adhesives (?) that haven't fully dried yet since they're so new off the factory floor; also possible signal strength issues when grasping a certain part of the metal band. (Looks like I'll be getting at least a minimal case then... tho maybe that's their plan!) |
