Subject: 48hr, 24he, Race Day IM Nutrition
Anyone care to share their specific diet (specific food items) 48 hours, 24 hours, race day?

Lots of literature on food groups and concentrations based on body weight, sweat rate etc.  Just looking for what specific meals/food items folks have had success with in the last 48 hours. (and yes, I know every body is different, but...)

It depends what I eat.

Last IM I started mid day 2 days before the race cutting out fiber and it worked well for me.

I eat normal stuff that I eat other days....nothing new, nothing risky, nothing spicy, we like to cook the food ourselves.

I eat rice for carbs both brown and white more than I normally do.
