Subject: Salina?
I will have the pleasure of being stuck in Salina for the next three weeks.  Anyone know of any good routes for rides in and around the area?  How about pools?

I live in Salina and just started training a few months ago so I'm not too up to speed on different routes and such.  I know that the YMCA has trail running/walking trail and indoor pool.  The city pool, Kenwood Cove water park, has an outdoor lap pool for $5/day.
