Swim
Comments: This was not what I was hoping for out of the swim. I was hoping for an 11 minute time in the 880. What would you do differently?: Not sure. Transition 1
Comments: This was much better then before. I was not blindingly tired and was able to actually get my suit off without getting stuck on my heals What would you do differently?: Nothing this was pretty good for me. Bike

Comments: I thought I was going much slower than this, I thought I pushed to hard on the bike. What would you do differently?: Run Faster, this is my worst part of the race. Post race
Warm down: Nothing just a bagel and some water. Rode my bike back home. What limited your ability to perform faster: I am not sure. Maybe a misunderstanding of RPE as I was not really tired until later. Austin commented that I was not as tired as in the past. Last updated: 2010-02-01 12:00 AM

Woke up at 4:30am and ate a sandwich and 5 hour energy
Rode to the start of the race about 3 miles
