Swim
Comments: My 1st open water swim, i enjoyed it much more than the pool swims, however the first couple hundred yards was awkward due to all the people crammed together What would you do differently?: Start out smoother and not worry about my surroundings as much Transition 1
Comments: Good transition to the bike course, short run uphill after the swim gave me time to gather myself What would you do differently?: Train harder Bike
Comments: Nice bike course, my longest one so far, still there's the one guy that always blows by me What would you do differently?: Just keep on training, get my min/mile down Transition 2
Comments: Did well with the Garmin Forerunner, big gulp from the water bottle What would you do differently?: My largest race yet so finding my rack was a little challenging Run
Comments: After running 20:35 at the CG 5K i said to myself, "self, there is no reason why you can't break 22 min on you're 5K during a tri" What would you do differently?: keep training harder Post race
