Master  1390    Ferndale, MI |  Subject: Thursdays @ ILRA 6/24Hey kids! Well, after last weeks much un-fun swim in Spring Mill pond, KL and I are headed back to test the waters of Trout Lake. Yeah, it takes forever to walk there, yeah its buggy, blah blah. At least there aren't teenagers lying in their own end-of-school-means-get-totally-shat-faced-puke and angry fishermen throwing lines at your head. SO! Meet in the Kent Lake lot and be prepared to walk to Trout by 5:30 for one lap of the lake followed by one loop of the park. Post up if you're in! (PS: for those that may be new, look for the silver Nissan Versa with 2 bike racks up top) |

Depends on when Tom rolls in to tag team with the kiddo (and then the insane traffic between here and there). Even so, I will be swimming 2 laps across TL and back and then riding. Perhaps I'll give you high fives as we cross in the lake? |

Expert 1170 Berkley, MI | Subject: RE: Thursdays @ ILRA 6/24 I am in for a swim, but with time I am not sure if I can meet the 5:30 arrival. In fact I can garuntee that I cannot. I can possibly make it there between 6-6:30pm (traffic is very iffy right now coming from Auburn Hills)- 1-2loops swimming for sure, short short short and no crazy hill bike to follow. Sushi or anyone else need to meet later to secure a swim? I did a different route on SMP (reverse triangle twice, non-stop) and had no issues last night, so if no one can meet me then I will have to swim there to be safe. =)

Meet up with us and we'll show you a much cleaner place to swim. |
