Subject: Good Luck to All - IMCDA
Just got back from driving the bike course and it's amazingly beautiful.  Looks like some of those rollers could be a pain in the on the 2nd lap if you go to hard on the 1st lap.  Weather is calling for the wind to back off and I think the swim will be great to start the day!

Good luck to everybody, swim hard, ride fast, and run smooth!  Have Fun!

Everyone have a great day! I did CDA in 2008 and had a fabulous time. It's a great place for a race!
