What limited your ability to perform faster:

biz travel and no access to bike or pool

P.S. on Monday and Tuesday after this race I came down with some type of low grade crud/flu so that prolly explains the poor bike and run splits

Shoot... I was just happy to be out on the course when he was still running!  (recognized the outfit!!)
