Comments:

We were a man down from the start so I took up the slack and rode his part. We rode hard and maintained a fairly hard pace, we could have gone a bit faster but one of our team mates struggled in the 3rd lap.

What would you do differently?:

Maybe we can train as a team a little more, winter has made it hard for a few riders

8km warm down back to the speed dome for a spit roast lunch.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The weakest rider is always the problem but it is a team event.
