Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4 am got the family around and made it up to Lake Geneva. Wether was pretty rough heading up.

No warmup, never get in and swim. Ate some food and that is all.

Course: The course was a rolling hills, some very fast sections. Plan was to try to hammer this out a bit and stay in the big chainring. This seemed to work as I average almost another MPH higher than the sprint tri a couple of weeks ago.

Nice race and good to talk with you out on the course!   Yes the way they made us go through the transitions sucked.
