Swim
Comments: Felt good in the swim but there were no line markings on the pool bottom to tell you how close to the wall you were. It was a 50 meter pool that the swim for this event was across the pool and not long ways. I seem to miss the wall on my stroke several times that probably cost close to a minute. What would you do differently?: Next time I'd kick hard with one arm out and push into the wall more to make a quicker tuen. Transition 1

Comments: legs were pretty rubbery after the bike. I just stayed steady. Post race
Warm down: Laid on the ground confused for about 10 minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: Definitely weight. I am about 235 and need to be no more than 210. Event comments: Great for beginners like me. Last updated: 2010-04-19 12:00 AM

Streching, warmed up in the water by swimming 200 yards. Set bike up.
