1,000 yard swim this morning!

Doesn't seem like much compared to some of you, but I'm still working on my swimming and that is a new milestone for me in a workout.

Going to hit the lake for on OWS this evening after work.  The weather is good so I'll skip the lunch hour pool swim and actually spend the time eating lunch.

Sprint on Saturday and I am feeling confident about everything, another OWS will only help me build confidence as this would be my weakest leg.

I am really stoked to complete my 2nd tri.  I've trained hard since my 1st tri and hope to see big improvements in all 3 sports.

Light weight training session, 1000m pool swim (mainly drills), and a 2.5 mile run followed by a big bowl of spaghetti and an icecream sandwich (or two).

Did a 7 mile run with my 10 month old in the jogger.  Stepped on the scale to see I've hit a new goal in my weight loss.   187.4, which is a total of 20.6 pounds lost since may 5th.  Only about 20 more to go.

Go me.

abqtj - 2010-06-30 6:20 AM Either 3 mile run or 12+ mile bike, depends on what the weather holds this evening. We are expecting showers/thundershowers the next handful of days, but hard to tell until it happens here in the desert. I'll take what I can get.

Worst case, I'll run on my treadmill if I have to, but I hate the treadmill.

Ended up with 4.1 miles, my longest by over a MILE
