My very first 10k and I did it without walking. I was so excited.
What would you do differently?:

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Ran with a friend the first 3 miles. It slowed me down, but I may not have been able to finish it without walking so I have no regrets. I think that it was a good idea to scale it back. That was my goal....to finish without walking. :o)

Event comments:

It was great to run through the Patriots helmet and finish on the field. Can't wait for next year.
