I'm just checking to see who'll be coming to this one on 7/17.  I love this sprint course - protected swim, challenging uphill start to the bike and a rewarding downhill to finish off the run.

Haven't posted to the MN forum since '06, as I spent the last few years in Detroit. Hoping to be more involved again.

Sounds like this should be a good race.

I'll be there. It will be interesting to see how the start goes this year. This is a really fun sprint and a great course.

I'll be back for my 2nd year.  This year will be interesting because I am "in between" tri bikes.  I'll be using a road bike.  Now I can find out whether I'm significantly slower on a road bike or not.

I will be doing this race for the first time this year. I have heard from a few friends that the first mile of the run is a nice challenge. I'm hoping it's not too muggySmile
