Good tri coaches in or near St L who could work via phone/email as well?

I've used Jennifer Meyer (TriSmart) for swimming--she is good (and I've heard other rave reviews about her), I just don't know how I personally feel about the pose method. She is a pose method coach. Other "big" names are Carrie Clay (Custom Coaching) and Sally Drake, she is a Training Bible coach. I've met Sally, she seemed very nice and if I had a coach I would probably look into her. Don't know much about Clay, she works with the stl tri club though.

I'll vouch for Jennifer Meyer: I used a custom training plan of hers, and I made significant improvements. During the summer I was in Wisconsin, so I communicated entirely via email and phone. She is very approachable, accomplished, and knows her stuff. She didn't force Pose running on me, and I still made incredible gains in my run.
