Pre-race routine:

Ate Banana, a bottle of water during the drive in
Event warmup:

Stretching and a few pickups with more stretching, right knee a little sore from biking the day before but didn't affect the run.

Comments:

Felt tight at the beginning, and loosened up a bit later, tried to draft for a bit until I found someone to run behind at my pace
What would you do differently?:

Try to keep loose at the start, used too much up going upwind and couldn't run too hard downwind.

No more solids before a race (puked up part of the banana)

Warm down:

Walk and stretch, going for a bike ride later today

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still need to drop some weight. If I can shed about 10 more, I will be able to fly a bit faster

Event comments:

Well put together race, just get rid of the wind!
