Comments: Felt tight at the beginning, and loosened up a bit later, tried to draft for a bit until I found someone to run behind at my pace What would you do differently?: Try to keep loose at the start, used too much up going upwind and couldn't run too hard downwind. No more solids before a race (puked up part of the banana) Post race
Warm down: Walk and stretch, going for a bike ride later today What limited your ability to perform faster: Still need to drop some weight. Ate Banana, a bottle of water during the drive in
Stretching and a few pickups with more stretching, right knee a little sore from biking the day before but didn't affect the run.
