Swim
Comments: wet suit to tight. hard to breath, gulped water too much, never got in rythem but had a decent time. same as last year without much time training for the swim What would you do differently?: train intervals swimming Transition 1
Comments: long transition area, trying to keep HR under ontrol for the rest of the race. Bike
Comments: my garmin had me above 19 mph but happy with the bike segment What would you do differently?: just keep training Transition 2
Comments: had a good jump off and run with bike. took extra time to catch breath and set garmin to run What would you do differently?: not set garmin Run
