Subject: RE: Training between Races I would say yes. Start training after a 1-day break after each sprint (as long as you aren't injured ). Work your way back up to full training within 3 or 4 days, and continue until the week before your next race and then slowly taper until race day.
I just did a sprint on Sunday and have an Oly this Saturday. Took today off, but I'm going for a long bike tomorrow, long run Weds, and long swim Thursday, and will take Friday off. |
