Good swim for me, especially compared to last race. Extra training time really helps, funny how that works! Swam a good line, breathed well.

Terrible transition. This was the only bad part of my race. Ran past my bike rack, couldn't get sunglasses on right, PUT MY AERO HELMET ON BACKWARDS!!! Finally got out of there!
