What should be my longest long run and when? (Page 2)

First timer ironman here too, but multiple time marathon finisher.  My long run was 18 miles in 2:32.  That pace was comfortable and I felt I could have kept going.  Realistically I know I will likely be 4+ hrs. for the ironman marathon.  I'm good with that as my longest run.
