even though course was wet in some places because of rain, still a great course.
What would you do differently?:

I hurt my back and knee three weeks prior race, i could not exercise for race none since last tri. I'm also getting a indoor trainer soon.

Did ok for five miles and knee started popping due to hurt during work. Slowed way down try not to hurt knee more.
What would you do differently?:

try to keep from getting injured at work, this way i can train more.

cool rag on head and a cool peach to eat.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

body injury.

i enjoy very much, i will be there next year.
