I'm not the best at updating my log, but I'd say they are within 10%. I've had plenty of trouble finding time for the bike. My last race is in early Sept so I think I'll be ok. I'll have to pick it up if I ever plan on a HIM.


Hrm. You can run a 6:40 pace on 37 miles a month?
