do they really?

i have not spectated there since 2008. husband did the oly there last year and i was out of town; this year he is watching kiddos and I am doing the Oly.

If there truly is a beer truck at the finish I am a happy girl.

My husband and I will be there competing in our first Tri.  (Sprint)

i was planning on sylvania being my first tri, but i'm out of town that week and will do the september triathlon in akron. I'm super bummed about it, i heard very good things about it!

It's a great race. Tonight is the last OWS practice @ Olander park for team toledo before sylvania tri. For anyone not a member - you can sign up and join at the practice, 6:30 with a meeting, then 7pm swim time. Usually we go off right at 7pm but tonight is also the Superkids Tri practice, so the little ones will practice first, then the rest of us will go.

Water @ Olander has been VERY warm all summer if anyone is wondering about water temp.

water is super toasty - 82 degrees - bring some vegetables and we can make some tri-soup.

They have 8 waves - 4 for sprint and 4 for OLY. That should be great practice for Rev3 because I am in Male 0-39 - that is a very large group of fellas. Probably will be the largest wave start I have ever been a part of.

Another great race and a great venue - I highly suggest it.
