Timberman lodging? I know I'm waiting to the last minute.lol

It can be hard to find lodging this close, obviously.   Try Barton's Motel.  They are in Laconia, about 5 miles from the start. If not, you may have some luck with places in Weirs Beach which is also 3-5 miles from Ellacoya.  One year, I stayed in Concord which is probably 15+ miles away, but really wasn't a bad drive to the race site, plus the traffic jam into Ellacoya that morning is huge, so either way we are all going to be sitting in traffic waiting to get into the park that morning.  Good luck!
