The 220's are avoiding me. I am on vacation this week and I am not eating as well as I should. Not too horrible. But I am working out a lot on vacation 3 times a day yesterday and twice a day most days.

I ate a ton on Friday to try and spike my metabolism so who knows... will see what the next weigh in brings.

sigh I'm seeing a trend here and its not really what I had in mind. I'm headed to New Mexico to visit our youngest on Friday so next week is not going to be great either. Starting September I'm going to start "running" 4 days a week I'm sure part of this stall is I'm not training enough. Pity party over.

Still moving up but at a slower pace. Down overall for the month though. Its been really busy though so I haven't got in the training that I should have. Son goes off to school tomorrow so things should mellow out and I won't have any more excuses. Hopefully things will start going back down.

I'm getting another body assessment (BOD POD) today, here's hoping the BF% has dropped in the last two months since my last one and since I can't judge anything other than my clothes at home since my Tanita scale depends COMPLETELY on the body water % which is really damn annoying and changes with each step on it. Oh well...sorry for that run on sentence. LOL
