Subject: RE: recommend a sprint tri book I think most books are written with all distances in mind. I got a book called "Triathlons for Dummies". I like that it touched on practical things besides training (transitions etc. ). I also got a book written by Friel called the Triathlon Training Bible which has a lot of good stuff in it. You can google both those. Both are typically found on the shelf at Borders or Barnes & Noble along with a bunch of other Tri related books. If you have the time, I recommend going into a book store and checking each one out. That's how I made my decision. Then you can price compare and order online if necessary. |
