These are the stations I listen to most:

Fiction Plane
The Expendables
Bedouin Soundclash
The Aquabats
Pepper
Long Beach Dub Allstars

The station I'm listening to at the moment is The Expendables, Pepper, LBDA and Sublime. Good stuff.

Arcade Fire.

They draw from so many big-name influences -- Springsteen, U2, Radiohead, Joy Division -- that you'd hopefully get a cross section of most bands that have made great records in the past, plus the production sounds like what's happening in rock right now -- The National, Bloc Party, Phoenix, Dirty Projectors, The XX -- so you should get some good hits.
