  • 1640 yards
  • 02m 10s / 100 yards
Comments:

of course I didn't get the garmin to work in multisport mode ugh..more practice with that damn thing but my partner said the second loop was slower than the first
What would you do differently?:

increase swim volume which has been lagging since IMSG
Transition 1
  • 00m 44s
Comments:

didn't use sunglasses or socks for this one, much easier getting into the bike shoes, good quick mount, didn't get shoes tight enough first time around
Bike
  • 1h 11m 40s
  • 22 miles
  • 18.42 mile/hr
Comments:

chain popped off twice on the big ring, 1st time reached down and put it on while riding, the second time some gal told to gear to the small ring and keep pedalling which worked like a charm
What would you do differently?:

didn't even use hr or cadence with garmin, not good
Transition 2
  • 00m 37s
Comments:

happy with the dismount avoiding nailing the guy who stopped in front of me, went smoothly
Run
  • 56m 20s

  • 09m 05s  min/mile
Comments:

kept pushing and didn't stop, mentally i knew the trail run was uphill so didn't freak out about how bad i felt going up it
What would you do differently?:

get the 8# off i gained since imsg
