Age Group Rank = 1/1
Since I am on Vacation while the Randolph, NJ Sprint Tri took place, I decided to Train for a Sprint Tri, and do one while on Vacation at Camp Eaton in Raymond Maine. On the shore of Little Sebago Lake. Family and close friends in attendance, and Of course Race organizer Betty Eaton...
Race Start time was 7:03 a.m.
At 5:45 I let the dog outside to Pee and Poop
Ate a small bowl of Cheerios at 6:10
Hit the toliet a few times and got my Bike ready next to the Car.
From 6:45 to 7 I did a great stretch, and jumped off the dock to get adjusted to the water temp.
