Run
Comments: I went into this run as a training run, so I was not too sure how the legs would feel. I started with a good pace and after 4km or so I saw a friend of mine who was doing his first half, I decided to stick with him for a while even if I was faster because I figured he would appreciate the company. We had a good pace and it was a nice run, up until the 15km or so. This is where he probably would have prefer that I was not there. I pushed him from there to the finish line. Overall our time was not that great for me, but for his first half mary I think he was happy. I could have pushed harder, but I didn't have the legs for a PR. So I figured that sticking with a friend was a better idea. My daughter was volunteering and she was at the 5km aid station. I stopped to talk with her a bit while waiting on my friend to catch up with me. What would you do differently?: Nothing, I planned to take it kinda easy and I did. I pushed hard enough to make it a tough day but not too much since I have my A race in three weeks Post race
