Subject: Numbness in toes post-Ironman
Hey guys, the issue is exactly what the subject says. Since IMKY on Sunday, I have been having some numbness/tingly-ness in my toes. Is this normal? Will it go away? Or should I try going to a doctor about it (before it develops into something serious)? Thanks for the medical-know-how

Hard to say..........could be comingfrom your back or anywhere in your legs.  If its not resolving I'd go see someone.  When did you notice it during the race?  Both feet? One foot?  All toes or just a couple?  Numbess in your whole foot or just the toe(s)?

Just my big toes, primarily on the right foot. Its not that I have complete numbness, but rather tingly issues. Im thinking it is from bad circulation during the race, brought on by low salt. Who knows. Thanks for the info
